Roman Road to Salvation
The Gift of Grace
As revealed by our Messiah, Master Yeshua to Rabbi Sha'ul (Apostle Paul)

Some doctrines teach, and many people believe, that you will go to heaven if you live a good life.  They  believe if you attend church every Sunday, pay your tithes and offerings, work with the youth group and are baptized, you will have earned a place in the kingdom of God.  Or, perhaps if you; treat people right, donate money to charity, obey the law and raise your children right this will do it.

And, people believe this in complete contradiction to the Holy Word of the Living God, blessed be He.  This will show you what Father God says is required to spend eternity with Him in His glorious kingdom forever.

This is called the Roman Road to Salvation.  It is called a road, because it is a specific path to follow.  And, like any good road, it has road signs for you to follow.  And, as with any good road, if you carefully follow the signs, you are certain to reach your destination.

Romans 3:10: "as it is written, THERE IS NONE RIGHTEOUS, NOT EVEN ONE;...."

Romans 3:23: "for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,"

Romans 6:23: "For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord."

Salvation is not something that can be earned. The Bible clearly teaches that all men are sinners and deserve death.  But, because of the sacrifice Master Yeshua (Jesus Christ) made on the cross, we can now come to Father God who gives eternal life. So how can you have Father God's gift of eternal life?

Romans 1:16: "For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek."

The word "Gospel" means "good news"...the good news of Master Yeshua. And, in order o be saved, we must believe the gospel.  But, before one can believe the good news of Messiah, you have to know what it is.

1 Corinthians 15:1-4: "Now I make known to you, brethren, the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received, in which also you stand, by which also you are saved, if you hold fast the word which I preached to you, unless you believed in vain. For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received, that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures (the gospel), and that He was buried, and that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures (the gospel),

We must remember, the Gospels themselves will not save you.  Believing what the Gospels say will save you.  How does believing in that the say save you?

Romans 5:8&9: "But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.  Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from the wrath of God through Him."

Romans 3:22-26: "even the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all those who believe; for there is no distinction; for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, being justified as a gift by His grace through the redemption which is in Christ Jesus; whom God displayed publicly as a propitiation (prophesied) in His blood through faith. This was to demonstrate His righteousness, because in the forbearance of God He passed over the sins previously committed; for the demonstration, I say, of His righteousness at the present time, so that He would be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus."

The Gospels tell us that, because of the sacrifice Master Yeshua made on the cross 200 years ago, if we believe...have faith...we shall be spared from the wrath of Father God.  And, if we believe that Master Yeshua rose from the grave three days later, we shall never taste death, but share life eternal with Father God in His kingdom.

Ephesians 2:8&9: "For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast."

Father God says NO MAN may boast...brag...of His mighty works and gifts.  There is only ONE WAY to be saved.  By the gift of Father Gods grace and accepting this gift through faith.

Ephesians 1:13&14: "In Him, you also, after listening to the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation-having also believed, you were sealed in Him with the Holy Spirit of promise, who is given as a pledge of our inheritance, with a view to the redemption of God's own possession, to the praise of His glory."

Once we believe...have faith...in what the Gospels are telling us, we are sealed in Father God by His Holy Spirit.  This is Father God's promise that He will redeem us by the blood of His only begotten Son, Master Yeshua.

Acts 20:28: Be on guard for yourselves and for all the flock, among which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the church of God which He purchased with His own blood.

If you believe what Father God has said to you through His Gospel, then you need to talk with Father God.  And, we do this through prayer.  We need to pray to Father God and tell him that we acknowledge we are a sinner in need of a Savior.  Tell Him that you are sorry for your sins and ask for His forgiveness.  Then tell Him that you desire to have the Holy Spirit of Master Yeshua in your heart so you can live with Him forever.

Then you need to attend a good Bible teaching church and make public your profession of faith.  This is something else Master Yeshua has commanded us to do.

Matthew 10:32: Therefore everyone who confesses Me before men, I will also confess him before My Father who is in heaven.

Then you should be baptized.  Baptism will not save you, nor is a requirement of salvation.  This is merely your first step in obedience as a new believer in Master Yeshua.  It shows him that you do want to follow Him and do as He has asked.

Then get involved with a good church and Bible study group.  Read your Bible every day and learn as much as you can.  The Bible is the Bread of Life.  In it, you will grow and mature until the day comes when Father God calls you home where you will live forever with Master Yeshua in His kingdom.

May Adonai richly bless you and may Master Yeshua return soon.
