O Lord, through your abounding faithful love I come into Your house, and reverently I worship You in Your Holy sanctuary.  I love being in Your house, the place where Your Glory resides.  Here I bow down to worship You, my Lord and Maker.  Accept my prayer, O Lord, and answer with Your great mercy and with Your saving truth.  Ay-mayn.

How lovely are Your tabernacles, O Lord of Hosts!  I long, yes, I pine for the courts of the Lord; my heart joyfully sings to the Living God.  One thing I have asked of the Lord, that I will pursue.  That I may live in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the graciousness of the Lord and to enter His sanctuary.  Teach me Your ways. This is the Word which God gave to our fathers.  Through Yeshua, our Messiah, the Living Word, Gods Torah has been written in our hearts.  We now serve Him in the Spirit that gives life, not just according to the letter of an external code.  We are all now new creatures in the Messiah according to His instructions as revealed to us in the Brit HaChadashah.

Vzot  Hatorah

Vzot  ha-torah  asher  sam  Moshe  lif-nay  bnay  Yisrael,  al  pi  Adonai  byad  Moshe.

This is the Torah which Moshe placed before the children of Yisrael.  It is in accord with the Lords command by the hand of Moshe.

Ayts Chaiyim

A tree of life it is for those who take hold of it, and blessed are the ones who support it.  Its ways are ways of pleasantness, and all its paths are peace.  Long life is in its right hand, in its left are riches and honor. The Lord was pleased for the sake of his righteousness, to render the Torah great and glorious.

Lord of the world, the King supreme, before all creation came to be.  When by His Will all things were wrought, the Name of our King was first made known.  And when this age shall cease to be, He still shall reign in majesty.  He was, He is and He will be, all glorious eternally.  Incomparable, the Lord is One.  No other can His nature share.  Without beginning, without end, unto Him all strength and majesty.  He is my Living God  who saves,  my Rock when grief or sorrow fall, my Banner and Refuge strong, my Cup of Life whenever I call.  And, in His Hand I place my soul, both when I sleep and when I wake, and with my soul and body too, God is with me, there is no fear.

Our fathers ate manna in the desert; as it says in the Tenach; He gave them bread from heaven to eat.  Yeshua said to them; Yes, indeed!  I tell you, it wasnt Moshe who gave you the bread from heaven.  But my father is giving you the genuine bread from heaven; for Gods bread is the One who comes down out of heaven and gives life to the world.  They said to Him; Sir, give us this bread from now on.  Yeshua answered;

Come, let us welcome Shabbat, the queen of days.

Psalms 27:1 says;

Light reminds us of Gods covenant with us.

Psalms 119: 105 says;

Your word is a lamp to my feet And a light to my path.

Light reminds us of Israels calling.

Isaiah 42:6 says;

"I am the LORD, I have called You in righteousness, I will also hold You by the hand and watch over You, And I will appoint You as a covenant to the people, As a light to the nations,..

Light reminds us of the Messiah.

John 8:12 says;

Then Jesus again spoke to them, saying, "I am the Light of the world; he who follows Me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the Light of life."

Light reminds us of the world to come.

Revelation 22:5 says;

And there will no longer be any night; and they will not have need of the light of a lamp nor the light of the sun,

because the Lord God will illumine them; and they will reign forever and ever.
